Review Summary for 356-358 Sjp LLC
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by 356-358 SJP LLC highlights a mix of positives and notable management shortcomings. While the buildings benefit from good locations, affordable rent, and some helpful superintendents, many renters report issues with unresponsive and slow management, pest problems, and maintenance delays. Garbage management is generally decent, but complaints about poor communication, package theft, and subpar repairs are frequent. Neighbor relations vary, and noise levels and water pressure receive mixed reviews. Overall, renters appreciate the affordable space and location but advise management to improve responsiveness, repair quality, and pest control for a better living experience.
