Decent Studio, ok area

Pros

Decent price for what you get. No unit-to-unit noise. Super responsive and friendly owner! Was on the 2nd floor and never had bugs or mice.

Cons

Bit of a homeless presence. Lower level units can have lots of noise from the street.
