A great first apartment!

Pros

Very clean, no problems with pests, never had any issue with laundry or packages. Super was fairly responsive. Neighbors were polite and quiet. Loved the location -- trader joes, target, hmart all very close by

Cons

At night there was often a super loud garbage truck at like 3 AM or smth, and it would be very very loud. If I wasn't a deep sleeper, I feel like this would have bothered me a lot more than it did. Also, AC was not very effective/strong. I would recommend buying your own fan.
