great location and beautiful apartment, questionable management
Pros
great natural light and exposed brick, washer/dryer in unit, updated appliances, roof access, good location, only 2 units in building
Cons
owner is not very responsive to maintenance issues, we didn't have heat for over a month this winter and it was a real hassle to get the owner to fix it. also had issues with hatch leading to roof, leaks and plumbing that have gone unaddressed for months. building is not rent stablilized, street noise can be a bit loud
Advice to the owners
stop raising the rent if you're not going to fix maintenance issues or improve the quality of life in any meaningful way
