Don’t let the outside fool you
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked my apartment
Cons:
The management is horrible and def is running some type of money laundering. It took them 3 months and threats to sue to get my security deposit back
Advice to owner:
Just answer your tenants

Great apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building, no pest issues. Great block.
Cons:
Garbage area is kind of small so if people dont properly throw garbage out it can overflow.

Nice building, new management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building. Entryway is nice.
Cons:
Need better system for packages -- packages have been stolen.

Decent walk up and price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great Street. Entrance and shared spaces are nicely done. Usually responsive to issues.
Cons:
Gets hot easily because hot pipes are uncovered in one room and poorly covered in another. Pests occasionally an issue (often a tenant issue, they try to help and have a regular sprayer).
Advice to owner:
Do something about hot pipes heating up rooms. And try to crack down on messy apartments creating pest problems for others.

Grew up in 328
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved this neighborhood. Not much to say. I moved out of here with my family in 2018 but have fond memories of growing up here. The building was great from what I remember and was recently renovated.
Cons:
I can't really speak on that because I lived in an apartment that hadn't been touched up in 20 plus years. Of course, there were cons to that. But I don't necesarilly think it was because of the owners.
Advice to owner:
I don't have any to share.

you won’t get your security deposit back
Former Tenant
Pros:
appliances are newly updated
Cons:
i moved out in august and it’s now november.... i’ve followed up more times than i can count and still haven’t received my security deposit back... not cool
Advice to owner:
communicate better and be proactive instead of having your tenants have to chase the prop manager down every week for a status

Convenient location, apartment in good condition
Cons:
Management company is unresponsive, nearly impossible to get in contact with them
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive with your tenants
