Modern appliances and hvac
Cons:
They took $550 out of our security deposit unjustly

Stop being stingy

Pros:
The building had modern appliances, HVAC, and security system, which was great.
Cons:
Loud bar next door and easy to hear happenings in surrounding units. No elevator but a VERY thin staircase.
Advice to owner:
Get a composting system and maybe some furniture for the roof to improve usability.
