It’s in proximity to some great restaurants, cafe’s, and Prospect Park.
Cons
Management is unresponsive to most issues. Outdated appliances. Serious roach and rodent problem due to construction outside of the backyard and trash piles in front of the building. Limited electrical outlets. Not a true two bedroom. Rent increases do not reflect the true value of the apartment. Went from $3,200 to $4,500 in three years despite the dilapidated state of the apartment. That information was conveniently left out of the listing. Toilet never stops running. Intercom system does not work.
