Review Summary for Justin Homapour
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Buildings managed by Justin Homapour are generally well-maintained with clean, renovated apartments and responsive management. Tenants appreciate amenities and quiet neighborhoods, although some noise issues arise from nearby church services. Garbage management and pest control receive positive remarks, contributing to residents’ comfort. While repairs are usually addressed, a few renters note delays or the need for repeated requests. Pet approval may be challenging, and occasional rent increases occur. Outdoor spaces like patios sometimes require better upkeep. Overall, tenants find the management approachable and fair, making these buildings a solid choice despite minor maintenance and noise considerations.

Former Tenant
Pros:
nice amenities. landlord is fairly responsive. no pest issues so far. neighborhood is quiet
Cons:
they are responsive about fixing things but don't always fix everything. was a bit difficult to get pet approval. rent increases every year

Great building, great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful kitchen, high-quality renovations, responsive management/super, central A/C and heat
Cons:
Share walls with church next door - super loud during Sunday mornings. Only one washer/dryer in the basement and it only takes quarters.

Good building, good landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Recently renovated (last 7 years). Lots of available light. Tall ceilings. Close to Prospect Park and Public Transport.
Cons:
Ground floor is an event space, can get loud. Lots of windows and poor insulation so the winters can be cold in the master bedroom.

Get ready for Sunday service
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location, lovely layout, kind neighbors, and you kind of have roof access
Cons:
The church next door may look dormant but they pray LOUDLY Friday evening, Saturday evening, and Sunday 9am-4pm. The landlord is fine, just lazy and entitled. You have to ask for repairs multiple times before he comes down to Brooklyn. He’s generally nice.
Advice to owner:
Fix things when asked?

Cons:
Patio area is unkept
Advice to owner:
Clean up that patio area!
