It is a great location
Cons
Management did not reply to any issues in a timely manner. The area with the laundry had a huge pest problem so many rats.

Management was a mess
Pros
the building is fine but the location is really what you’re paying for. I lived in a 3 bed and the third bed room was less than a wingspan wide and you could tell a wall was added there to make a three bed out of what should be a two bed.
Cons
The laundry room is gross and equipment doesn’t work well. management is a mess and not very responsive.
