Cons:
The management is rude to (c) openigloo elderly tenants. Management does (illegal) (c) openigloo background checks. Cleanliness protocols are (c) openigloo not followed, if any exist. (c) openigloo There is no security during (c) openigloo daylight hours, so lots of (c) openigloo criminal activity happens in the (c) openigloo lobbies, in plain view, all (c) openigloo over the building, and in (c) openigloo the courtyard. There have been (c) openigloo shootings during the day in (c) openigloo the courtyard, with no security (c) openigloo to call police or help (c) openigloo upon their arrival. Many homeless (c) openigloo people come into the building (c) openigloo to knock on doors to (c) openigloo ask for money. The management (c) openigloo company won’t allow the janitors (c) openigloo to raise the heat in (c) openigloo the wintertime, so the apartments (c) openigloo are often as cold inside (c) openigloo as it is outside. Management (c) openigloo has ignored requests to fix (c) openigloo important objects like door locks (c) openigloo and stoves.

Advice to owner:
Resolve your failing infrastructure. Hire companies that are competent as opposed to just economical. There are constant repairs on items just installed. The tenants are suffering.

Hire someone who can make simple repairs and do them well
