Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews of buildings managed by David Tennenbaum consistently report poor management responsiveness and inadequate maintenance. Common complaints include persistent pest infestations, especially rodents and roaches, unaddressed mold problems, and dirty, cluttered common areas. Heating issues and faulty water pressure are frequently mentioned, as well as security concerns like broken locks and package theft. While some tenants appreciate good neighbors or convenient locations, they emphasize the lack of proactive management and careless supervision of building staff. Renters urge improved communication, timely repairs, and attentive building oversight to make living conditions safer and more comfortable.
