Great building and management

Pros

Building is super clean and well maintained, including the basement laundry room. I’ve never seen a rodent of any kind in the building.

Cons

Packages occasionally are stolen, a virtual doorman system would be nice.

Good first place to live

Pros

Garbage and overall cleanliness was great. Building was well maintained and location is great- quiet street and neighbors in the building were quiet. Super on site thaf was really nice and very attentive to any urgent requests.

Cons

Mice…. Even on the fifth floor. Super came and patched up the holes but still traumatized Fridge and kitchen were so small and not up to date at all. Terrified to know when they were last cleaned HEATER situation was awful. No control of the heat in the winter it was borderline unbearable and the clanking of the pipes was endless General quality of the apt was average Sinks were not snaked before we moved in Windows didn’t have functional screens
