Great Landlord- I miss it!

Owner who really cares about his properties, always clean and always responsive.

Nothing regarding building - some other buildings in area are less well maintained but this building is a gem!

Communal spaces cleaned at least weekly, management responsive for the most part except for when my ceiling collapsed into my bathtub
