Decent Place to stay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gym in the building was great when the equipment worked.
Cons:
Not enough washers for the whole building
Gym equipment only occasionally worked.
Super was a slow for repairs.
No rooftop access.
Weird smell-probably due to carpeting on floors
Advice to owner:
Why would you put carpeting in public areas? Seems like the source of mal odor in the building and breeding ground for potential pest.

Nice place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of amenities and a fairly responsive super who cares and knows the tenants.
Cons:
The tenants aren't very friendly. I've said hello to everyone and sometimes get a very terse and somewhat awkward reaction. It strikes me that there are a lot of entitled and privilege people who do not like to socialize with the masses who reside in our city. The sentiment borders on paranoia depending on who it is, but then again that could just be good old-fashioned racism.
Advice to owner:
Think about more than just someone's ability to pay rent on time when vetting tenants.
