Decent place but wouldn't live here again.
Pros
The location is everything! The apartments are shitty and haven't been redone in years.
Cons
There are roaches/bugs! They do have someone come out and spray every few weeks, but killing roaches became my normal... which is why I wouldn't choose to live there again. Also, everyone in the building has lived there for decades, and there's one older man who will throw his trash down the stairs... Overall, the building is old and run-down, but I never saw a rat or mouse. This was my first apartment in nyc so it only went up from there lol.
