DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great high ceilings, modern appliances, great floor plan for apartments
Cons:
Landlord is the WORST. Doesn’t fix anything that needs to be fixed. Front door “virtual doorman” never works. Locked out of building many times nothing works to get in. The super doesn’t live in the building. Trash always full in the trash room.

NO AC!!! With the AC on cool at 67 and high in all rooms the temperature stays at 72-74. Which means INSANE coned bills with a hot apartment. 2BR apt $900 mth for coned bills.

The new owners and plaza management do not know how to run their own business.
Advice to owner:
Have real communication with your tenants not take weeks to get a response. Fix what needs to be fixed. Stop ripping off everyone and cutting corners
