I love living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood, newly renovated apartment, great people. Great doorman/laundry room
Cons:
It can get a bit hot, but I just open the window to offset it. I’ve never had a problem with management. I think they are really responsive. you can hear the train outside, but it’s not bad. Its great that the train is so close!
Advice to owner:
Let us have control over the heat?

Please avoid this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
The evening door lady is proficient and keep the area clean and inviting.
Cons:
The super does not repair anything he is completely lazy and rude. Management runs the building like slum lords. The apartments are always cold because the windows need to be replaced. Nyc RATS overrun the garbage area. Roaches and mice in the hallway and units.
Advice to owner:
Take some pride in the building and fix repairs.

Horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good size rooms
Cons:
Management takes forever to make repairs to apartment, even after you call 311. When they do finally come it seems like they do “patch work” and not properly fix thing. The entire building seems to have issues with mold & leaking (ceilings & pipes)
Advice to owner:
Hire a new management company
