The Pearl that needs to be shined

Pros

Love the neighborhood : Easy access to supermarkets , fresh fruit , post office , coffee shops and various small eateries . Very diverse building Friendly super who tried to tend to various things in building when they occur

Cons

Broken front door . Needs to be replaced but management refuses to change the faulty door Needs a paint refresh Lots of pests ( water bugs roaches ) neighbors bit considerate in putting garbage in respective receptacles . Folks will leave garbage in the hallway which creates more pest . Mailboxes we’d to be updated . All around management needs to spruce the building up

Advice to the owners

They need to upkeep the building . The rent prices are quite high to be living in such lack luster conditions . Show the people who are renting from you that you care
