Loved staying here while studying in Columbia
Pros
The super is the sweetest man, despite the language barrier. Apartment building is really clean, the home is spacious with the cute backyard water feature and semi furnished rooftop access
Cons
Bit of a walk to the subway station, packages got stolen sometimes but might have improved since I’ve left the place.
Pleasant Experience Here
Pros
Rafael and Ben have been pleasant to work with and very quick in their response time when you want to lease. However anything beyond that lots of over promising and under delivering. Good thing tho is if you live in the back of the building you don’t hear anything.
Cons
I wish it was a little bit more affordable compared to the rest of the units in the neighborhood. If you have issues they take forever to respond. There is favoritism. Lots of over promising to get you off the phone.
Advice to the owners
Invest in cameras please especially to the package room, all building entry, roof, garden, laundry, gym, and light up the path to the building entry at night
