Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews of buildings managed by Benjamin Cavicchio show inconsistency in management responsiveness and maintenance quality. While some appreciate spacious apartments, convenient locations, and proactive pest control in certain buildings, others report persistent issues like roach infestations, poor garbage management, heating problems, and plumbing leaks. Cleanliness and noise levels vary widely, reflecting mixed experiences across properties. Tenants also express frustration with slow or inadequate responses to urgent repairs and security concerns. Improvements suggested include more reliable maintenance staff, better pest control, and upgrades to building access systems. Overall, management can be responsive but varies by location, with some properties needing significant attention.

Reviews

Okay building for the area

Pros

the area is great location, big bedrooms, well placed windows in bedrooms

Cons

low light in living room, irregular response in management, new management since last year and they hired cleaners but response time is a lot work now.

Former tenant·8 minutes ago

Spacious convenient with responsive management

Pros

Management is on top of pest control , closed ALL of the mouse holes and we haven’t had problems since. Dishwasher in unit. Nice apartment layout.

Cons

Water pressure is bad. The super is a contractor with barely any skills to actually fix things but upper management will bring in actually contractors for serious issues like pests or leaks in the ceiling.

Advice to the owners

We need another compost bin and water pressure addressed
