Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by Benjamin Cavicchio reveal a mixed experience. Tenants appreciate the spacious layouts and great neighborhood locations. However, management responsiveness is a significant concern, with many citing slow or inadequate reactions to maintenance issues. Overall, renters suggest improvements in management communication and building maintenance for a more satisfactory living experience. Despite some positive feedback on amenities, potential tenants should be prepared for mixed management efficiency.

Amazing when nothing bad goes wrong but horrible once it does

Pros

Great layout, spacious, great neighborhood.

Cons

Laundry never works, management sucks at responding, one apartment flooded twice because of negligence. Gas bill was outrageous year round.

Advice to the owners

Don't close tickets on the portal when it hasn't been addressed yet. Actually listen to tenant concerns.

Okay building for the area

Pros

the area is great location, big bedrooms, well placed windows in bedrooms

Cons

low light in living room, irregular response in management, new management since last year and they hired cleaners but response time is a lot work now.
