it was around everything. laundromat, supermarket, deli ect.
Cons
everyone in this building is NASTY!! landlord lives on 1st floor. he doesnt care about your concerns. we lived in an apartment that was infested with rats/roaches. landlord never brought exterminators regularly. walls tested positive for lead, there was constant mold on the walls. instead of him correcting the issue he would paint over it or just put up dry wall over the rotten wall. eventually mold would come through the new dry wall. hallway is never cleaned. it's so dirty you would think you're walking into an abandoned place. he never gives heat, we would have to call 2-3 times for him to turn up the heat and even then, we still had to walk around with hoodies and blankets from how cold it was. kids were always coughing and getting sick because of the mold.
Advice to the owners
give up your landlord license. you should have never obtained one to begin with. you don't even know the first thing about being a landlord.
