Manhattan apartment building
Pros
Great spots lots of stores and the people are friendly and loving and caring nice and clean building.
Cons
Bums in the building old apartment walls with mold ! packages get stolen! no hot water ! Windows don’t work in most apartments !
Advice to the owners
Care a little bit more about your tenants like you do about your money .. your tenets life and comfort should be at the top of your list I met one old lady had noooooooo heat 3 weeks she would Boil water to keep warm !!! This is very unacceptable !!!
