Good place to live but

Pros

The area is beautiful, apartment is very cozy and beautiful. Location is perfect!

Cons

Landlord is annoying, we can’t walk freely since he lives downstairs, he asked us to carpet/rugs all over the living room and our bedroom as well. He doesn’t keep the heat on winter only once or twice a day he turns it on, no schedule. Otherwise everything else is ok
