Solid Place to Land
Pros
Rent stabilized (!!!!!!!), stairwell and lobby area are cleaned probably once a month, laundry in unit (!!!), pre-war.
Cons
Heat is iffy in the winter, super isn't the most responsive and there's not always communication when updates are happening in the building (i.e. if the water is being turned off), so those can catch you by surprise.
Advice to the owners
Be more communicative with tenants about when updates/testings are happening in the building.

Pros
Love the location close to Prospect Park and awesome places in the neighborhood. The building seems to be kept up pretty well- at least my unit is.
Cons
Across from a women's shelter- can sometimes have sketchy interactions with the ladies that stay there, and they sometimes congregate on our building's stoop. One of my neighbors smokes, and I always smell it in my bathroom for some reason
