Stay far away from this building

Pros

it’s cheap and in a decent neighborhood.

Cons

mold, roach infestation, mice, crumbling infrastructure, leaks, lead paint, elevator breaks down often, owner unresponsive. Many violations are broken.

Advice to the owners

Renovate and maintain.

Don’t move here!!! You will regret everything!!!

Pros

rent is cheap

Cons

Pests everywhere! No matter how clean you are. Roaches, mice and ants. The entire building smells like chemical waste. There’s mold everywhere and it’s hard to get rid of. And the landlord will blame it all on you. She’s a slum lord and will not do anything to help you out. Stay away from this building.

Advice to the owners

Clean up and take responsibility.
