Okay APT - building needs major work inside

Pros

- Laundry in unit - Two bathrooms

Cons

- TINY kitchen - cracked kitchen tile flooring with loose tiles that were sharp. - light fixtures must have been installed by a previous tenant as none of them matched and were all placed very weirdly around the apartment. - entry staircase had nails coming out of it and the landing was coming away from the wall and clearly structurally not sound. - entry staircase had water damage and paint peeling.

Advice to the owners

Fix your building. Respond to your tenants. Have a Super that actually cares to do his job.
