Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 620 WILSON LLC properties reveal mixed management experiences. Tenants praise affordable rents and decent neighbors in some locations, but many report poor cleanliness, inadequate garbage management, andpest issues, particularly roaches and ants. Heat and water pressure are generally adequate, though noise levels vary widely. A significant concern is the landlord's responsiveness, described by multiple renters as slow, unprofessional, or dismissive, with unresolved maintenance problems including security and safety hazards. Despite some positive aspects like location and pricing, prospective renters should be prepared for management challenges and take care when considering these buildings.

Fine place - unprofessional landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
A nice neighborhood
Cons:
these units are hallways. all winter a homeless individual sleeps in the laundry area in the basement, and the landlord refuses to change the door code. do not expect to receive any mail whatsoever. it will be lost or stolen. there is one single trash can and one recycling bin which are used by anyone on the street, and people leave trash in the common areas because of lack of space in the single bins. several fire detectors were faulty and uninstalled (tried to reinstall them myself and found they were completely broken) but saul ignored my request that they be replaced. the walls were unpainted and covered in holes and in a yellow residue, i assume from people smoking in the apartment. upon move in there was an ant infestation. the buildings laundry was out for 3 months of our lease. the landlord will often respond to messages with hasty voice memos which are difficult to understand. it’s unprofessional and just lazy. he is sleazy and has no guts to actually give a number when he says he wants to raise rent. the messages he sends are not proofread and are confusing. it’s very clear he doesn’t actually read your requests. it’s inexcusable honestly.

Great Price but Noisy Area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to transportation and price was good.
Cons:
Too noisy both outside the windows and inside the building.
Advice to owner:
DIY expectations, but if you’re pushy enough he may assist.
