Decent starter apartment
Pros
Massive kitchen with a nice view of the backyard. Spacious hallway closet. There's roof access but don't expect too much, it's good for sunbathing but not a space to have parties or keep your plants. Landlord is generally available if you need a leak fixed or if you forget your keys. Never had issues with heat during the winter.
Cons
Very little natural light in the bedroom next to the living room. Overall awkward layout for an apartment. The bottom of the bathroom sink cabinet was disintegrating.
