Awful experience, be weary

Good sized apartment
Cons
Extreme issues with neighbor, pests are hard to get rid of. Property management is hard to get a hold of with serious issues. Take picture of everything upon moving in.

The stairs need to be fixed inside the building Almost tripped multiple times while I lived there
