Very noisy and people smoke always

Heat, water no problems. Everything is clean
Cons
VERY noisy. Neighbours smoke inside their apartments, they dont talk, but they shout even in the halls. There's a park in front of the building that people use to do parties everyday at night in summer.

Elevator is unsafe and many residents have gotten stuck . Pests are out of control .. Our live in super doesn’t actually live here and the smell from not cleaning makes my stomach turn .. Black mold permeates all the walls of the units .. The ceilings are paper thin and crumbling. The extensive water damage has made the floors weak .
