Not bad!! Would have renewed if I needed to.
Pros
Kind management that responds in 1-2 days, responsive super, cleaned weekly, excellent location
Cons
The building is clean but clearly not well kept. Inside the apartments is much better but the hallways are alarming The walls are peeling, wood and plaster is crumbling. Hot water goes out 5-6 times a year but thankfully they fix it fast.
Advice to the owners
Fix the hallways and update the appliances
