Third world country conditions

Pros:
Elevator is decent and good access to metro
Cons:
Extreme cockroach issue, dirty with burn marks on top floor, weird smell, no more laundry room (I remember a cockroach came out of the machine once)
Advice to owner:
We are humans as well, invest a little bit more in your properties
