Review of 1071 1st Ave
Pros
- Great Amenities (in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, 1/1 bathroom) - close proximity to Central Park, groceries, gym - access to multiple subway lines (E, M, F, 4, 5, 6, N, R, W)
Cons
80% of the time here is amazing, the remaining 20% can be frustrating. When the occasional issue pops up (ex: heat, very rare pests, etc), the landlord is either unresponsive or delegates to an ineffective super. Issues that could be resolved in a day or two go unaddressed for weeks at a time.

Good area, great amount of space for the price! Clean, and the app to request help worked well, maintenance always came pretty quickly
Cons
Loud bc it’s on 1st Ave, hallways sometimes smelled the day before trash day each week, two in one laundry machines don’t really work very well
