Super super loud, bad management
Pros
Big rooms, 4 bed 4 bath is pretty crazy. Huge kitchen with giant island.
Cons
Management was absolutely terrible (i believe they are selling the building). Doesn't show up for issues until you've sent 5 emails and called 3 times. Would come in and do work and then leave it half done. Building itself may be on one of the loudest corners in the city, with the exit to the midtown tunnel intersecting 3rd avenue. Noise starts at 5:00am on weekdays. No one manages the cleanliness of the communal stairway or sidewalks. Trash begins to accumulate. No one shovels the snow in the winter.
