Great Starter Apartment

Pros

Building was maintained, it was quiet, and very close to everything on 5th avenue (including a coffee shop right outside).

Cons

There's a bar that can get noisy depending upon which apartment you live in.

Advice to the owners

JAC Management is terrible. The building itself is fine, but they were terrible landlords.
