Great apartment with great landlords

Pros:
The 2nd and 3rd floors are both two bedrooms with a patio or roof access which is great! The units have modern appliances, great heating systems and the staff and landlord are amazing! The apartment is well priced for the area.
Cons:
There is only one full closet in the bedroom and one tiny closet in the 2nd bedroom. This is a minor nit as this is fairly common in my NY experience.

The building is fairly old, but renovated nicely. That being said, if you have heavy footed upstairs or downstairs neighbors, you'll hear it.
Advice to owner:
No advice at the moment. Super thrilled with everything.
