Corner Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building and apartment was updated with all new appliances and we had a terrace outside our back room. The landlord was pet friendly and the building has a super for any issues. Central air and pest control was by every month to exterminate. Our unit also came with storage in the basement which helped a lot.
Cons:
The apartments could be slightly bigger or arranged in a way for more space. As Giovanni’s is below, you’ll hear the noise from the restaurant and the back area. In the summer, something had happened to their AC unit and it was all we heard in the apartment: a loud banging noise. Parking in the area isn’t great.
Advice to owner:
As with most NYC apartments, biggest advice is to lower the broker fee if the management does not want to pay it.
