Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for Steven Cohn's buildings, particularly at 85 South Street, underscores significant management shortcomings. While buildings are noted for good cleanliness and garbage management, renters consistently report inadequate heating, noisy environments, and thin walls. Management responsiveness is frequently described as poor or non-existent, with prolonged unresolved issues related to heat, water, and maintenance. Despite some positive aspects such as location and size, tenants express distrust toward transparency and call for more honest communication and improved action on noise and repairs. Overall, renters advise management to address these critical living condition concerns to enhance tenant satisfaction.
