Pros and cons
Pros
High ceilings, large windows in every room, rarely any bugs or mice or other pests, eat-in kitchen plus large living room, quiet neighbors despite a noisy street.
Cons
Very unresponsive super who will say he'll come fix something and then never show up. When he DOES show up, half the time he says he needs to buy a new part and come back, and then doesn't. The other half of the time he does actually fix the problem. So typically we end up fixing problems ourselves. Also the building is fairly old, so the floors have a slight tilt and the water pressure can occasionally be inconsistent.
Fine for the price

I got the apartment for pretty cheap and it's functional, big enough, and has decent space in the kitchen.
Cons
Super is really not responsive and does cosmetic fixes only. Consistent issues with mice over two years. Kitchen is very small.
