Great spot but be warned of rent gouging

Great, friendly neighbors. It has a nice neighborly feeling to the building

The rental company is starting to price gouge on rents, most recently with a 20%+ rent increase. There are a number of stabilized units, and it seems like they're starting to price out all the market rate units.
