Nice, small building
Pros
Nice building with great doormen. If you're renting, be aware that some fixes need to come from your landlord. The supper will fix most run of the mill things and is very responsive but for bigger needs sometimes you need the owner involved so make sure you rent from a responsive good one
Cons
My only cons came from my unit owner otherwise building was great

Great Place and resident, but noise level depends
Pros
Super is responsive to any problems or questions. Rest of staff is friendly and helpful There is an outdoor space that is lovely, and storage is available in this building
Cons
There are only 2 elevators for the whole building, but has access to stairs Depending on what floor and facing, you can hear the highway. You can hear everything if you’re facing it.
