issues weren’t addressed in a timely manner, often not ever - would improve this
typical overpriced builder grade with greedy landlords

- spacious layout with good light - large closets - dishwasher - location - quiet
Cons
- only one washer and dryer, you’re fucked if either break, which they often did - steep walk up - spectrum internet - overpriced + intro price baiting with severe rent increases on renewal - no roof furniture or shade - electric heat $$$$ - builder grade, cheap finishes — didn’t come with towel racks, shower curtain rod, window treatments etc - took weeks to receive security deposit back - had to allow my apartment to be shown for weeks before i moved out. spent a while on the market as it was overpriced
