Reviews

Former tenant·4 minutes ago

Meant as a Stepping Stone

Pros

The apartments are very large and rent stabilized which is a big plus in this economy especially for those who are in transition periods.

Cons

The management is terrible. Neighbors loiter in front of the building from dusk until dawn and can harass young women who walk by or live in the building. There are large rats in the trash area that get into the building. They have a roach/bug issue throughout the building. And many units are left unfinished which increases exposure to mold and other health risks

Advice to the owners

A full renovation of the building if not a rebuild
