Security deposit shenanigans and sewage backups. Nice building though

Very nice building in a nice neighborhood. Appliances work well and the heat pump HVAC units are great.

Cons

Management tried with multiple people to withhold security deposits illegally. Took over a month to respond to a serious sewage backup.
