Great building and management
Pros
Very responsive and helpful super building is very well maintained with the lobby and hallways cleaned weekly Monthly pest control. Did not see any pests the whole time living there.
Cons
Sometimes the elevator breaks, but the super is quick to fix it.
Spacious apartment in great location
Pros
The apartments are a nice size with large windows. Laundry in the basement, elevator building.
Cons
The super does not live in the building, so if you have an issue after 5:30pm he won’t be able to assist until the next morning. The heater and hot water stopped working 5 times in the 8 years I’ve lived here during winter. They came to fix the boiler but I was freezing for 2 days. The elevator is very slow and you can hear your neighbors upstairs walking and moving.
Advice to the owners
Move the super in the building, renew the elevator because it’s extremely slow and buy a new boiler. Also invest money to get better floors, it creaks every time you walk in your apt.
