Great location and space. Only a couple blocks away from the M and R trains, and about a 10 minute walk away from the N and W. Bedrooms face the back and are nice and quiet. Good insulation for the winter
The doorbell is wired backwards - the top doorbell rings the bottom floor and vice versa. FiOS isn’t available but RCN is good enough.
