Wonderful super, horrible noise levels
Pros
-Trash chute on each floor -Responsive super who takes pride in the building -Nice neighbors
Cons
-Loud neighbors due to extremely thin floors and walls. -Tenants who leave dog hair in the laundry machines. -Laundry machines are frequently out and only accept coins. Machines frequently eat your coins. -Neighborhood is somewhat unsafe.
Advice to the owners
Rebuild the floors and walls so that you can’t hear your upstair’s neighbors conversations, or when they walk across the floor.

Pros
Super is amazing. Very responsive and always around. He always hides packages for tenants and keeps the grounds clean! Never had any issues with pests. Trash is easily disposable through shoots on each floor. Elevator is quick and neighbors are pretty chill.
Cons
Lease explicitly states no pets but almost everyone seems to have a dog that does not shut up. Leaves hair in the laundry machines, and never cleans up after themselves. Laundry only takes quarters and frequently out of service. EXTREMELY thin walls. You hear absolutely everything above, below, and next to you. Even a pin drop.
