Cleanliness, elevator, cellphone operated buzzer.

Cons

No washer or dryer. Noise level. Neighbor is always complaining about me walking around my apartment. All apartments have old wood flooring. Low water pressure.

Advice to the owners

Add washer and dryer. Update flooring.
