Practical - but mind the pests

Pros

Affordable, good super who maintained the building as best as he could, good neighbors. Washer dryer in building.

Cons

Thin walls (could hear neighbors clearly) and excessive roaches.

Advice to the owners

Substantial roach fumigation needed.
