Not a bad building
Pros
It’s in a really great location with a lot of bars, restaurants and things to do. Very close to the Jefferson L. The view from the roof is so nice especially at sunset. Pretty nice place, slightly in the smaller side but not terrible. Never any pest/rodent issues. There is laundry in building, however it’s hard to get service depending on your phone provider so being able to use it is a bit hit or miss.
Cons
Management can be tough to get a hold of sometimes, so you have to bother them a bit. The front door wasn’t fully locking for a while so we did have people come in and steal packages/try to enter apartments. Once the door was fixed that stopped.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to your tenants!
